ABOUT DR. JES
Before becoming an acupuncturist, she worked as a line cook then an R&D chemist in food science and pharmaceuticals. A rock climbing injury that left her with severe shoulder pain led her to try acupuncture; it not only relieved the pain, it resolved it entirely— sparking her passion for sports medicine and injury prevention.
However, she loves food, cooking, and TCM nutrition and it's what she thinks makes the biggest difference in her patients' progress. She creates detailed, TCM and science backed meal plans for her virtual clients that are easy to make and good for you.
She earned her Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine (DAcCHM) as valedictorian from Southern California University of Health Sciences.
Her approach to Traditional Chinese Medicine goes beyond pain relief—it’s about integrating TCM into everyday life, and helping your body feel like a good place.
